My approach - how I work
Welcome to this safe space, I’m Olga.
Coaching is usually shorter term than therapy and it’s more suitable when you want to focus on achieving a particular goal. My main areas within coaching are helping you gaining focus either on your work career or learning vital skills - communication, emotional intelligence, etc.
One thing you should have in mind is that our first session would be an assesment to understand if coaching is what you need or you’d benefit more from a fusion aproach between therapy and coaching. Sometimes our blocks are indeed due to lack of knowledge or guidance, but more often than not, they involve more than irrational beliefs and we’d need to tap into your core emotions and understanding of your desires as well. If this is the case I will tell you and together we’ll create a customised approach that works for you.
If you decide to work with me I can assure you that whatever challenge you’re going through, I will believe in you unconditionally, there is no room for judgement in my sessions. And even if you’re temporarily lost and you think that things cannot be changed, together, we will find a way for you to retune with your worth and with what really matters to you. With kindness, love, an unique approach linked to your psychological traits and a deeper understanding of your emotions and beliefs.
